        <![CDATA[<p>The chauffeur and three passengers were killed in the accident, which remains shrouded in mystery.  "To our knowledge he was shoved off the road. He wasn't bumped. He wasn't pushed. He was shoved off the road," said an unidentified relative of the chauffeur.  The limo was en route on I-55 when the rollover accident occurred.  </p>

        <![CDATA[<p>The first shooting occurred in front of a YMCA; three men were injured.  The second two victims were standing near a car on a streetcorner when they were shot.  </p>

<p>"As much as we like to think we have all of these eyes out there, it's not enough. We need the people in the community," said Police Superintendent John Gallagher. "We want to put a stop to this. We need everyone's help to put a stop to it."</p>

        <![CDATA[<p>Fireman Robby Rodriguez reported that rescue workers worked in sand up to their ankles to rescue the woman, who was alert but in extreme pain.  Not many other details are known about the woman or why she was on the levee; Border Patrol officials were involved, but there is no word on the woman's residency.  </p>

        <![CDATA[<p>The study, which was conducted at Duke University, focused on a possible link between the BMIs of workers and their workers' compensation claims.  Compiled over eight years, statistics showed that obese employees had up to 13 times more lost workdays because of work-related injuries, and the cost of medical claims for their workplace injuries were seven times higher than their fit co-workers. </p>

Attorneys for the YMCA declined to comment on the verdict.  </p>

While the resident is charged with assault, the facility has been plagued in the past with battery and even aggravated manslaughter in other incidents.  </p>

<p>"There are systemic operational problems at our Dozier facility that span the chain of command from top to bottom," said Walt McNeil, the secretary of the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice.  He cited the firings as part of ongoing moves to change the culture at Dozier.  </p>
