"Vegetative" patients found to have brain activity

A team of scientists have detected brain activity in "vegetative" traumatic brain injury patients.

Although more research is needed to confirm findings, this article says this may be a step towards finding new and better treatments for traumatic brain injury. Currently there are some treatments available but there is no cure for traumatic brain injury.

If you or a loved one has experienced traumatic brain injury, you should seek legal council after receiving medical attention. You may be entitled to compensation. You should speak to a personal injury lawyer with experience in traumatic brain injury lawsuits about your possible case.
